Our web hosting provider, Yahoo!, is similar to virtually every other web hosting service in that it captures web activity logs. These activity logs store information regarding time and date of visit, pages you view, and your IP address. During fits of great boredom, we may periodically review our log files to determine how often our site is visited, the sort of content and pages you are most interested in, and how you got here (via a link or web search result). We do not capture or gather personal or contact information or details in any way. Similarly, we do not share our log files with any other group, organization, or individual for any purposes.

If you email or contact us, we will have only the information you provide to us in your message. That information is closely held, and used solely for the purpose of responding to your message (whether it be for informational requests, scheduling an event, etc.)

When participating in a party, event, or public activity where Fire Trucks 4 Hire is present, you may be captured on camera. A summary of an event will be published (unless you request it not to be shared), that will include a description (name of event or first name of the guest of honor), city and date where the event was held, a brief description, and links to photos from the event.

If you are not comfortable being photographed, or do not wish your photos to be published, please notify the truck operator/photographer during your event. If you want to have photo(s) removed (either particular photos or the entire grouping), please contact us to make the request. We respect your privacy, and will honor all reasonable request to remove the photo(s) in question.

For copyright purposes, any photos we publish on the Fire Trucks 4 Hire web site are photos taken by members of one of our Stations. We have taken steps to complicate download photos in the interest of privacy protection, but if you would like any of our photos for your personal, non-commercial use, or require photos for public display, please Contact Us -- we'd be happy to give permission for you to use photos that do not specifically depict persons or activities that may pose undue breaches of privacy.

All photos in our Photo Gallery are also publicly available on Flickr.com (found here). Photos of events are posted here to be shared both by past participants of events, as well as a means of allowing visitors a glimpse into the nature of events we either coordinate or participate. Video content is posted both to the Flickr.com account and our YouTube account.

A small number of "stock" or other photos may be found within the "Random Fire/EMS Vehicles" section of our Flickr.com account. These are photos not taken by any member or associate of Fire Trucks 4 Hire. Whenever possible, a photo credit is provided.
